It’ll happen to you at one time or another. You think everything is going fine inside your computer, surfing the web with no issues whatsoever. Then, all of a sudden, you see this;
Yup, the classic Windows Blue Screen of Death. By now, you are probably freaking out and wondering what to do.
First thing to do is to calm down and relax. Then, call CompuGeaux. We’ll make everything okay.
You see, you get a “blue screen” when Windows reaches a condition where it can no longer operate safely. The result is a fatal error, more commonly known as a “crash”. These crashes can be caused by poorly written device drivers or malfunctioning hardware, such as faulty memory, power supply issues, overheating of components, or hardware running beyond its specification limits, or bugs in the operating system.
Typically, a crash can be either hardware or software related. A computer hardware fault requires the physical review of a computer and testing for defects. Suspected components, such as random access memory, hard disk, power supply or optical drive may need to be individually checked, troubleshooted and repaired or replaced if an error is detected. This requires special equipment and accessories to disassemble and reassemble the computer.
Software-based computer repair issues are generally related to operating system configuration or updates, installed applications, viruses or malware and other software services. Similarly, computer repair for network/Internet issues allow a computer to completely utilize available and network services.
Whether it be a hardware or software issue, count on CompuGeaux to restore your computer to working order. And remember, we come to you!
